RULES and ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Contest begins Monday, May 1, 2017 and runs until Thursday, June 22, 2017. WNXX -104.5 FM ESPN, simulcast on 104.9 FM (referred to as 104.5 ESPN) will conduct a contest instructing listeners to listen for an on-air sounder and jump into the 104.5 ESPN App (“The Huddle”) to qualify to win an outdoor kitchen from Cayard’s.
- The Grand Prize winner will be announced during a reverse drawing on Thursday, June 22, 2017 during a crawfish boil at Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar on Burbank Drive from 5pm-8pm. Qualifiers will have until 7pm to check-in at Walk-On’s for their chance to win the kitchen. The five finalists will be selected at 7pm and the reverse drawing will begin. The last name called will win the outdoor kitchen.
- One qualifier will be chosen from our Huddle Club email subscribers. An email blast will be sent Wednesday, May 31st. Subscribers will have until Wednesday, June 21st at Noon to register for their chance to qualify for the grand prize. One winner will be selected and notified by 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 21st via email. The email qualifier does NOT receive a qualifying prize.
- No Purchase Necessary. Prize(s) are non-transferable. All prizes will be awarded as outlined. NO cash equivalents are available for any prize.
- This contest is open to Louisiana Residents only who have a valid Louisiana Driver’s license. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
- One Entry, Per Household for the duration of the contest. Contestants must be 21 years of age or older to Enter to Win.
- By registering, all participants automatically give 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge, WNXX, 104.9 ESPN Baton Rouge, KNXX, Cayard’s, Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar, and any affiliate or participating sponsors the right to use their likeness, image and/or voice in promoting the contest, the results of the contest and/or the station(s).
- Employees of Cayard’s, Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Employees and their immediate family members of WTGE, WDGL, WNXX, KNXX, WBRP, Guaranty Corporation, or any of its subsidiaries, including Guaranty Media Ventures, LLC are not eligible to win. Employees of any other radio station, licensed to a community within one hundred (100) miles of the Baton Rouge, LA. MSA or anyone in their immediate family are not eligible to win.
- Winners are responsible for any and all applicable Local, State, and Federal taxes, licenses and/or fees.
- Winners Must Sign a Liability Waiver, and Indemnity Agreement, prior to receipt of the Grand Prize, pursuant to which winners agree to hold Cayard’s, Walk-On’s Bistreaux and Bar, 104.5 ESPN, Guaranty Media Ventures, LLC, participating sponsors, and their corporate licensees, parent corporations, affiliates, promotional partners, officers, shareholders, members, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest.
- An IRS form 1099 will be submitted to prize recipients by Cayard’s and/or Guaranty Media Ventures, LLC for prizes over $600. All Federal, State and Local taxes and/or license fees resulting from the winning prizes available through this contest will be solely the responsibility of the winners. A W-9 form must be signed by winner before any winnings can be claimed.
- All decisions of Guaranty Media Ventures, LLC, 104.5 ESPN, its management, affiliates, or representatives are final.
