T-Bob talks with former LSU Football player Matt Branch who was in a tragic hunting accident this year. He fought for his life and, in the end, lost his leg.
Branch discusses how rare is amputation is and tells us about his journey to recover. He has been working out with a prosthetic and feeling strong.
“It’s pretty rare that to find someone who can just take off on one of these prosthetics, but that’s how it’s been for me,” Branch said.
Finally, he tells us how he stays inspired in the face of tragedy and how he has come out on the other end mentally stronger.
“I felt like I had been cheated,” Branch said. “I’ve kind of learned to cope with that. I’ve learned a lot about myself and what I can accomplish.”
