Former Super Bowler and father of LSU QB Max Johnson, Brad Johnson, joined Jordy and T-Bob to talk about his son’s progress.
“He got to practice with them four or five times during the National Championship run,” Johnson said. “Max is off to a good start in school, loves being part of football…he’s picked up on the playbook really quick.”
Max’s recruiting was heavily followed and was front page news. How involved was he during Max’s recruitment?
“It obviously started in like 9th grade but it was hard at the same, Mark Richt being an uncle to Max and brother-in-law to me,” Johnson said. “It was a tough process to go through.”
