LSU Head Football Coach Ed Orgeron joined Jordy and T-Bob to talk about his new passing game coordinator Scott Linehan. What will Linehan bring to the table?
“His expertise on third down and the redzone,” Orgeron said.
How has new defensive coordinator Bo Pelini fit in, so far?
“He’s a game changer, exactly what we wanted,” Orgeron said. “The players are already connected to Bo.”
How will he keep his guys motivated after they put together the greatest single season LSU has ever had?
“We have to put it to bed, now we’re in Spring ball,” Orgeron said. “We’ve got to go back to the basics, one team, one heart beat.”
National Signing Day was last week and the Tigers missed on a few guys they were watching.
“We got six defensive linement,” Orgeron said. “We still have three spots left, I’m going to be looking at some transfers.”
Coach Tommy Moffitt had high praise of Myles Brennan and his progress. Orgeron talked about LSU’s next potential signal caller.
“He sat patiently and we believe that he is very talented,” Orgeron said.
Finally, he ran through his lineup and what replacements could happen this year.
