In hour one of Hangin’ with Hester, Jacob and Ronnie recapped LSU’s weekend in Houston. They breakdown what they saw in the Friday match up against Texas. They then talk vs Baylor and both the positive and negative takeaways from the game. Moving on, they look at LSU vs Oklahoma and the no hitter by Dane Acker. Looking at the hardwood, they talk LSU’s win over Texas A&M. Jacob talked about how the turnovers were minimum, but there were still a few issues that need to be addressed. The Voice of the Tigers, Chris Blair, joined the show! He talks about how Skylar Mays is back on track with his performance and the win over Texas A&M. He talks about how this was a must win for LSU moving forward towards the post season. Will Wade mentioned that this team is finally on the right path and Chris talks about what this means. He talks about some rotation lineups and what when into Will Wade changing the starting line up and give his thoughts on Emmitt Williams being added. Chris also talks about the retiring of Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf’s number and what the atmosphere was like in the PMAC.
