HANGIN’ WITH HESTER HOUR ONE 3-13-20

Weekdays 12PM - 3PM

In hour one of Hangin’ with Hester, Jacob and Richard talk more cancelations. They talk the affects of the Coronavirus both in sports and outside of sports. During the segment, the Governor announced that all Louisiana Public Schools are closed until April 13th. Spring football practices haven’t been canceled yet, but even if they were to be, Jacob talks about keeping the players here. By keeping the players here locally, it would help prevent them from traveling and going to other places. They then talk the academic side of these players. What about the players that needed tutors in order to meet their academic requirements in order to stay eligible. Recent news is that the NCAA will allow another year of eligiblity to spring players affected by the cancellations. Winter sports are still yet to be determined. So what does that look like? Taking a break from Coronavirus, they look back on the football season and share their favorite moments. And more!
