OTB Hour 1 | NFL players vote to approve new collective bargaining agreement

Weekdays 7AM - 10AM

Jordy and T-Bob present the biggest headlines of the weekend, including the NFL players voting to approve the new collective bargaining agreement.

NFL players voted to approve a new collective bargaining agreement with the league’s owners, ensuring NFL labor peace through at least 2030 and clearing the way for a 17-game regular season as early as 2021. There seems to be a discrepancy between the high profile players and the “regular guys.”

Booger McFarland joined to discuss the NFL players’ decision. Plus, he talks about his big Peloton ride against PFT Commentator from Barstool Sports.

Former Vice President of Inclusion and Human Resources for the NCAA Dr. Katrice Albert joined Jordy and T-Bob to respond to the cancellation of collegiete spring sports and the decision to give back eligibility due to the coronavirus.

“I think that was the absolute right decision,” Dr. Albert said. “(Mark Emmert) talked about how we do sports but we’re really in the human development business.”

Finally, they unveiled a new segment: Bracket Season on OTB.
